Lee Filters Polarisers & Accessories |
 |
105mm Polariser
105mm rotating polarisers
are attached to the filter system via a special ring
that is fitted to the front of the holder. This allows
the polariser to be rotated independently of any grads
used and is ideal for landscape photography where extra
flexibility is required. |
|
|
 |
Polariser
100mm
x 100mm
100mm square polarisers
are to be used in the filter holder, the entire holder
is then rotated to achieve the correct effect. Recommended
for studio use or for when only the polariser and, possibly,
standard filters are to be used. |

Red Enhancer
100mm x 100mm
The glass enhancer offered
by Lee Filters enhances mostly the red and orange elements
in the spectrum by accentuating the other colours. Ideal
for use in landscapes and some types of architectural
photography, it causes many unusual effects with different
types of light. Viewing the subject through the filter
first, without mounting on the lens, helps to identify
which parts of the picture will be affected. |

Glass Soft Focus Filter
100mm x 100mm
For the
portrait, wedding or studio photographer, the Lee glass
soft focus filter gives a gentle, flattering effect,
which is not obviously noticeable.
This new filter has minimal effect on the contrast,
and does not overpower the image. |

ProGlass ND Standard Filters
New from LEE Filters,
the ProGlass ND is an extremely high quality glass ND
standard filter –
optimised for use with digital cameras, but equally useful
for film. This brand new filter uses a surface coating
made from evaporated metal, and therefore provides very
even absorption
across the visible spectrum and through the UV and Infra
Red regions. Digital SLR users need to use ND standard
filters to prolong exposure times in bright conditions
for landscape photography, but the excess UV and IR can
cause colour problems in some lighting situations.
The ProGlass filter reduces any chance of false colour
casts, and also provides a result described as ‘punchier’ on
digital and film because the light forming the image
is more specific to the requirements of the film or sensor.
Available in 100x100mm, ND 0.6 (2
stops) and 0.9 (3 stops) |
