The Epson R2400 is the ideal printer for photographers, artists,
designers and even photo labs that need cost-effective professional
photo quality results for lower production runs.
PermaJet's K-Chrome
inks provide extremely water resistant
and fade resistance so that your printed images will
last for up to 80 years plus, this making them suitable for
you to sell or use in long term displays.
The third black ink -
light light black - gives you excellent grey scale performance and
smoother tonal gradation for the ultimate in high quality black & white
printing. The Advanced Black & White
mode in the printer driver enables you to precisely control the
tone of your monochrome images.
What's more, PermaJet's K-Chrome inks give you superior colour
density and stability making it suitable for proofing
media and reselling your images.
The R2400 Eco-Flo system comes complete
with nine cartridges and tubes, which allow easy change over, between
the Photo and Matt black. This spare cartridge sits under a specially
developed lid, making it easy to change over.
The unique clamping
device allows the user to cut off the ink to either the Photo or
Matt black cartridge that is not in use. At a stroke this solves
one of the outstanding issues of the ink-jet world where you need
Matt ink for art media and Photo ink for gloss and semi-gloss.
