Shipping Costs (Mainland UK, except Highlands & Islands)
Shipping is from £4.00 - £10.00 based on weight, dimensions and value.
Shipping is normally FREE OF CHARGE on orders over £120.00 for delivery within the UK (except Highlands & Islands).
Goods are normally sent within the UK by courier wherever possible for delivery in 1-3 working days - please advise us if you require a faster service, before ordering. We also use the Royal Mail.
Parcel refusal / goods not called for, re-delivery charges from £15.00 may apply.
Some items require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping Costs Highlands, Islands and Outside the UK
Shipping charges are based on weight, dimensions, value and destination - so it can be complicated!
We are unable to deliver items over 1.2m in length to some areas and countries, please contact us for details.
Due to the content of some chemicals they cannot be shipped outside mainland UK, please contact us for details.
For goods supplied outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any local charges, inc. tax, duty, clearance etc.
We accept online orders for shipping within the UK and many other countries.

On acceptance of internet orders, items marked as available are normally despatched within 1-5 working days, but usually sooner (weekends, bank holidays and Christmas holiday periods are not classed as working days) unless longer delays are advised on the product pages. Any items 'to follow' will be despatched as soon as they become available. We reserve the right to use our discretion on the shipping of part orders when we expect all items to be imminently available - unless you request otherwise, an extra carriage charge may be applicable for split deliveries. We normally invoice goods on the date of despatch. If any standard items are expected to take longer than 10 working days we will send an email to inform you.
If you need items urgently, please phone us with your order and check availability.
Non Receipt of Goods - In the unlikely event of your goods being lost in transit we must be notified within a maximum of 14 days from date of receipt of despatch email.
Products, offers and prices are subject to availability and change. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payments when goods are not available.
Payment is taken at point of order for all items, including out of stock and special order items. We welcome Maestro/Delta Debit Cards and American Express/JCB/Mastercard/Visa Credit/Charge Cards, also PayPal. Goods will not be supplied where an incorrect card billing address has been supplied.
You have the right to return goods within 7 days from the date of receipt if not as expected or no longer required. Please advise us of your intention either by phone +44 (0)1636-823922 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and you must state your name, a description of the goods, order number and reason for return.
You must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return to Morco Limited. Morco Limited will only accept returned goods in their original packaging and which does not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the goods beyond that necessary to inspect them on delivery will invalidate your right to return for a full refund. Any returned goods that can not be re-sold as new will not be accepted for return or refunded.
Where Morco Limited has supplied goods to you, these goods must be returned to Morco Limited, College Farmhouse, Cromwell, Newark, Nottinghamshire NG23 6JE. The cost of returning goods is non-refundable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to return an item to us because it is faulty or damaged. We require you to notify us on the day of delivery that there is a problem and indicate whether you want a replacement or a refund. Please advise us of your intention either by phone +44 (0)1636-823922 or e-mail at email@example.com and you must state your name, a description of the goods, order number and reason for return.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Retention of Title
Title to all goods remains with Morco Ltd. until full payment is received and cleared, but responsibility for the goods passes on delivery. Morco Ltd. reserves the right to recover all costs plus interest charges arising from payments which are dishonoured, late or not forthcoming.
Unless stated otherwise, all products (except lamps and fuses) are guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects. We accept no liability whatsoever in the case of claimed consequential or similar loss.
